I have finally figured out what the "experts" are REALLY telling us about our food. I now realize that: sugar & white flour are poison, eggs cause cancer, our milk has no food value, our meat is full of chemicals and our water supply is dangerous. Basically this means that nothing, that I eat can support life! I must be dead! If they ever take all the preservatives out of our foods I'm a "goner"!

It never ceases to amaze me that a car magazine editor who never built a car can berate Ford or Chrysler or GM on "improper" placement of a headlight switch or a seat control. They spent millions of dollars designing this car and this "expert" can tell them what they didn't do right. Do you think that if he built a car that it would be perfect? No! Some other "expert" would criticize it, showing that "Expert #1" wasn't really such an expert after all! So "Expert #1" will never build a car. He will just go on criticizing anyone who does.
I have met "experts" on the road life who have never lived on the road. I've met "experts" on running a church who have never pastored. There is no lack of "do nothing experts" to harass the folks who are busy trying to get something accomplished.
