Many people are puzzled as to where the extreme distrust of government, the modern militia movement and the bombing of the federal building in Oklahoma City came from. NOT WACO! NOT RANDY WEAVER! Waco & Weaver were the catalyst that brought about the bombing, but the distrust was in place before Waco.
To find where the seeds of the anti-government movement started you have to go back 20 years. It started when Americans saw the government surrounding and raiding an innocent girls' home in Corpus Cristi, Texas. Everybody knew that these people were not bad. Yet the government muscled and attacked. People across this nation watched and suddenly found that there was good reason to fear their government. The "Roloff Raids" sparked the modern militia movement. The Waco & Weaver raids forced scared people to act!
Isn't it odd that on the day of the Oklahoma blast the offices of the BATF were strangely empty? Isn't it strange that Timothy Mcveigh's licence plate just "fell off" his car giving police a convenient excuse to stop his car within an hour of the blast? Did the government know the blast was coming and allow it to happen in order to drumup popular opposition to conservatives?
Do you know the difference between Ham and Japheth? When Japheth gets mad he doesn't burn down his own house! Ham got mad in LA and it took three days to kill 52 people while they destroyed their own homes! Japheth got mad and waited two years to act and two men dropped an entire office building while killing almost 200 people. The government cannot stop Japheth when He's mad! Will the government learn?
There are some terrifying similarities between 1995 and 1935. In 1935 Germany had a charismatic leader who openly lied but whose lies were believed. America has a leader like that today. Hitler used a Federal police force to gain control over the population. Clinton just said he wants the military to be used for police enforcement (contrary to the U.S. Constitution) in this country. In 1935 there was unrest in Europe. The same is true today. In 1935 American economic policies were pushing Japan into a position from which they felt forced to attack America. The same thing is being done today.
What should you do? It is time to get right with God!
Are you afraid of what information might be on that magnetic strip on the back of your credit cards and driver's licence? Run a magnet over it! A magnet will erase it just like it erases an audio cassette. The store will just have to "punch in" your number rather than running it through a scanner.
Are you hiding cash? Have you heard that almost all money has traces of cocaine from being used to snort it. Have you heard that if the police find money on you that has traces of cocaine they can arrest you and keep the money! So run your money through the washer! There you have it. "Laundered money" rather "filthy lucre"!

Many churches and Christians have forsaken the Bible as their anchor in this age. Everybody needs an anchor. So they are turning to psychology. If you have turned to psychology, you have abandoned your Bible! Throw out your "shrink books" and start aggressively reading your Bible. It will help!
The price of paper has sky rocketed. One tract printing ministry said that last year a truck load of paper cost $10,000. This year it costs $22,000! Pray that paper costs will not drive many printing ministries out of existence. In fact, why don't you send a good sized offering to a tract printing ministry that you may know of? (Not us. We're not a printing ministry.)
The media is forever using "experts" to legitimize their foolishness. What is an "expert"? An "ex" is a "has been." A "spurt" is "a drip under pressure." Don't believe what the media "experts" tell you about the dangers of foods' toys, guns, the environment or anything else. If they're "drips," what are YOU for believing everything that they tell you?
I believe that independent, Bible believing Baptists are doctrinally right. But they are usually busier trying to destroy each other's works than to help build them up. I once had a scary thought. I said, "Lord, how will You reach anyone if all of us doctrinally correct Bible believing Baptists succeed in destroying ourselves?" Then God gave me a scarier thought. "Maybe I'll just use someone not as 'correct' as you?" He really doesn't need us!
Recently I passed a church whose sign read "Community of Christ." I thought it was a Church of God or a non denominational church. It wasn't! At the bottom of the sign in very small letters it said "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints". It was Mormons in disguise!
